Castillo Fencing is an established fencing company providing all types of fencing throughout Northern California for residential and commercial needs. Although we only needed a small repair (3 broken fence posts) Julien gave us a very fair price for the job. He came out right away to give us an estimate which was greatly appreciated.
We set it up for the following week with Dave in the office who was also very helpful. Elias and crew came out at stated time and did a great job on the repair. Thanks to Castillo Fencing for job well done!. Julian Castillo, owner, is very professional, highly qualified to do the job, courteous, responds quickly to voicemails and emails, and is just a really nice person and easy to work with.
He gave us several estimates and worked with us to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting and our overall cost. His team tore down the old fence and installed our beautiful new fence all in two days. They were great, arriving on time and going right to work. They were professional, very neat and careful of our belongings and wanted to please us.

Contractors did not clean up after they were done with installing the fence. Left a bunch of leftover cut wood all over my garden and threw dirt all over my herbs and plants. One of the fence post they installed was crooked and not straight. When I brought it up to person working at their office all he said was, “we will look into it and get back to you.” That was two weeks ago. I will not be hiring them for any future jobs.

Very poor experience, gate they built was sagging first week, Installed new post & rails without accurate measuring, installed new pickets on wrong side of rails covering Existing "Brick Boarder" on patio area. Sent photos more than once Dave @ Castillo requested, no reply 2 months. New gate will no longer latch correctly Sagging & nails have split on frame of gate. Many other errors were made That were also noted have never been corrected. Try another Fence Company! Also products they used - Post splitting and pressure treating are peeling all from Home Depot - HD says Castillo would need to file

Asked home depot for a fencing company, 3/4/2021 . didn't get a call from estimator so I called home depot to follow up, 3/8/2021. Home depot gave me Castillo fencing contact number, it was incorrect. called back to verify the number, home depot said the number has been disconnect so home depot tried to contact them, couldn't hold off them. Called back home depot 3/9/2021 to see if they have heard from Castillo group, home depot claimed they are busy and it might be better to find a contractor on our own. As I understood, home depot is worry to use their service since they are not responsive. also

I do not recommend this company, way too expensive for a job you can easily accomplish for much less and better quality. At the end you can avoid headaches if something goes wrong, they will not be responsible for those damages unless you keep begging them to fixed.

I submitted a request to Home Depot on 6/15/20. It took about a week to hear anything from Castillo Fencing but then just a couple of days for an estimator to show up (6/24/20). Estimator was professional and courteous, no issues. Two days later (Fri 6/26/20) I get my estimate from the office manager (OM) via email but it's not my job. Within 15 minutes of receiving it, I reply to the email to let the OM know it's not my job. On Monday (6/29/20) I get a reply from the OM (with pictures from my property the estimator had taken) saying that she didn't know why the estimator had quoted vinyl fencing

I had an amazing experience with Castillo Fencing. Within a week they were able to come out and give me and estimate and install 100 feet of fence. They were timely, respectable, and the fence looks amazing! The price was also the best I have seen after reaching out to a few other companies. I have already referred two of my friends to this company and will continue to recommend Castillo Fencing in the future. 10/10 recommend for residential fencing!

We were happy with the install of a small area of our fencing in 2018. Unfortunately when they came out to install a new front gate for us last Fall everything went downhill. We had nothing but problems and a year later we still have a gate that does not work (it is dragging so far it no longer closes) and they refuse to replace it, even after we reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Next step is to contact the contractors board. Very disappointed and unhappy!

Castillo Fencing was a pleasure working with to get our good neighbor fence replaced. From coming out to install a post during my concrete pour a month before the actual fence job, to fitting me in a day early, all the quick email/phone communications and finally the beautiful fence and gate, they have been a class act. When it is time to replace the other side yard fence, I will be working with that neighbor to look at Castillo Fencing as a first option.
