Five Star Floors Pearland, Mike and Company. Fantastic. This is our fourth time using them and each time they go beyond and exceed all expectations. This time it was the kitchen remodel and they did not disappoint. Everything my wife wanted done they did and we could not be happier.

Mike and team did an AWESOME job with the install of continuing the tile that was originally installed in our new home. Although the whole process took a little longer than I would've liked - the work was done by true professionals. The actual installers of the tile stayed longer so they can finish earlier than anticipated which I really appreciate. If I need anything else for flooring, Mike and team are our guys!

In March, we had the floors in our entire home redone with tile and carpet. We were using oversized tile and we want good quality installation to avoid problems later on. It was a big expense and Mike worked with us some on the price. Because we were having the entire house redone, we moved out for a week. The installation took a few days longer than we were told it would be. The tile and carpet look great and so far we are happy with the quality of work done.
The installers showed up around 1030 or 11 AM every morning and stayed until 7 PM or so. They were pretty clean while they were here.

We recently had most of our floors re-done by Five Star Floors, and have mixed reactions. Our floors are completed and look very good. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong tile which delayed the start of work, but that was partly our fault for not reading the order form as carefully as we should have. On the other hand, we had many concerns about the installation process, specifically with the porcelain tile work. The crew arrived late in the mornings, meaning that they worked into the early evening. We appreciated them working a full day but it was more disruptive to our life

I had Five Star Flooring in league city to remodel my floors and Carpet. What a disaster has this been...!!!! I put down half of the cost for them to start the work. When I came home the next morning my whole down stair was flooded. Water was ankle deep throughout my whole downstairs. The owner promises me everything will be smooth and he will do what he can to take care of me. Well the insurance comes and looks at my house and says we can only offer you a check one time and can't ask for more. The amount they offered couldn't even cover the damaged items... no word back and I have to

Samantha and Five Star Floors were by FAR the most positive part of our entire 6 1/2 month home building process. We knew we did not want to pay the ridiculously inflated prices for flooring charged by the builder, so we chose Five Star Floors to replace almost all of the flooring in a 4100 square foot house. They had a phenomenal product selection, their pricing beat out everyone else I looked at, and Samantha--well, I can't say enough about how truly wonderful, helpful, understanding and patient she was. We dealt with one of the worst builders in Houston-she listened to all of our problems

I have had wood floors installed in two homes on 2 different occasions and 5 Star did a fantastic job! I found an engineered hardwood I really liked and got quotes from the Flooring Source and Jacks Carpet and Samantha at the League City 5 Star said she could beat the quotes I received and she did by 5k! We had about 1100 sqft installed and had tile removed. I'm so impressed with the crew I had that was lead by Zeyd. They were on time each day and communicated with me very well. Not only did they do an incredible job and were so fast and efficient, they really cared about their craftsmanship

From start to finish, I was very happy with my experience with 5 Star Floors. The owner, Mike, came out personally to do an estimate just as he did with my friends who referred him. He also came out during the process to make sure everything was going smooth. His crew handled themselves professionally and I felt secure going to work after just the first day.

This review is for the new location in League City off 518 close to Bay Area Blvd..After getting a couple of estimates from other places we decided to try 5 Star Floors close to our home.We were greeted promptly and we explained that we wanted our covered patio tiled.They explained the differences in outdoor tile,outdoor thin set and outdoor grout.We had specific needs such as 16" tile and a darker outdoor grout color that had a built in sealant.The people that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and very helpful.The owner Mike came to our home and explained the process and how long it would

The process of purchasing flooring started out great...until they discovered I already had a contractor and only need to purchase materials. What was originally referred to as a "local warehouse" where I would pick up materials ultimately became an 72 mile, 2 hour round trip!
I guess they make their money on installation and are not interested in selling material only!

We just had 5 Star remove carpet and put laminate down in our home over the weekend. We are so pleased! It looks fabulous. The employees who put in the floors were very professional and tidy. The price was the best out of the 4+ places we got quotes from. Not to mention that 5 Star got it all done in one day (ten hours). Another store said it would take three days! So A+ all around (customer service, speed, price).

We have used this company once , they put in hard wood floors that were beautiful but not scratch resistant like i asked for. I called them back to redo my bathroom and the guy over priced it because i guess it was not a big enough job that would be worth their time! Really!? 13,000 for one shower? Give me a freaking break! We will never use or recommend this stingy company!

Replaced my existing tile first floor of my house. I am happy with the results and would recommend. We had quite a bit of tile to replace so the job took a couple of days. 5 guys came in and worked their magic. While one was cutting, the other was measuring while another was installing. It was a perfect little work flow. I had them lay my tile diagnally and I never appreciated how hard this was to set until I saw how they did it. Pretty interesting. The end result was good. I did have to call them back for one tiny issue. About 2 inches of tile was cut incorrectly at the entrance of
