Since 1985, Gem State Roofing has installed new roofs for commercial and residential customers and performed emergency roofing repairs. We also offer roofing services for mobile and manufactured homes. Our company was started in Nampa, ID, by Jeff Flynn, a native of Twin Falls. Due to the rain we had this spring we discovered that we had a leak in our rooftop balcony. We hired Gem State to repair the old membrane and install a newer tougher material over the top. We had major issues with the company and were extremely disappointed in their professionalism.
