USMA represents carriers and agents in the household goods moving industry that have agreed to uphold the highest standards of customer service. When you join the United States Movers Association you belong to an alliance and network of transportation specialists within our industry that are committed to the stringent performance criteria and customer service standards we have implemented in an effort to provide the highest quality services at competitive and reasonable prices.
Arbitration is an informal process in which two parties present their views of a dispute to a neutral third party, an arbitrator, who will listen to both sides, weigh the evidence and who will decide how the dispute will be resolved. Disputes are brought before a neutral third party (the arbitrator) who, after carefully reviewing all of the relevant information, issues a final decision.
