Terry came to our house to treat our majestic coastal live oak that had been set upon by one of the borer beetle species. After treatment the tree, which is the center-piece of our entryway, is doing great! The bubbling, oozing bug holes are all gone, and the cracks and splits in the bark have healed.

Fast response to my Yelp* inquiries. Practical, got an estimated & reasonable price quote immediately. I was then contacted the next morning and scheduled an appointment. Brian (Technician) showed up as scheduled, explained what he was going to do get rid of the rat problem in my garage. He set traps, and a within a short period, he or another Technician came back out to my house to collect the dead rats and re-set the traps. Problem solved! Everyone at Plateau was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Wyman has come out to our office to help us with different pest situations, he is always very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
We had a pretty big ant problem and the ants DISAPPEARED after their treatment and I have not seen them since.
We are now having a mouse or rat issue and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to our call.

Jaime and Terry's work attitude impressed me. I just moved into an old house. A lot of evidence of termite damage was found. I immediately contacted several pest control companies on YELP. Terry is one of the fastest. And the follow-up has been very prompt to respond to my questions. Terry and his team were amazing! We had some very tricky carpenter ants that sprang up in April. After the first treatment, we still noticed a few ants still crawling around but Plateau showed right back up for a follow up treatment (they have a 3 month warranty). Now we are bug free, and will be hiring them once a year to preempt the little buggers!

Terrible customer service and lazy service technicians that are not thorough at all. We switched pest control companies at the request of our landlord.
Issues have not changed but in fact worsened or in some cases ( rodent issue ) remained the same with this service. Will be switching back to prior company. I’m not sure and extremely skeptical about all these other reviews / raves as well. I seriously question the authenticity of them just as I do most Amazon reviews these days!

I can't rate the quality or value, because they never showed up. My daughter made an appointment the day before and was given a specific window of time that they would arrive. No one called or texted to say they were running late, or wouldn't be able to show, or anything. Numerous calls and text messages were sent to them with no answer or reply, very unprofessional!! I would not recommend this aggravation and frustration to anyone!!

I'm giving these guys 5 stars, and I haven't even paid them a cent yet. Here's why:
My wife and I heard a scratching the other night we thought was a rat in our attic. We'd had a possum up there years ago, and had it trapped and the attic sealed, but as we had a new roof installed recently we thought maybe they'd opened up one of the entry points while doing their work.

I was looking for pest control around the house for crickets and spiders. Terry the owner explained the services and fees and there was no pushing of a contract. On the day of service, I met Robert who first took the time to address my concerns, looked over the property and was very careful with the children's pool toys and rafts. He followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any questions as well. Not many companies out there these days providing good and honest services. I highly recommend them! Very professional!

Two years ago, we had a huge gopher problem that was just out of hand. Setting Plateau up so they came out every other month got the situation taken care of. If we have a problem we notice between visits we just give them a call and they send someone out to nip the new little guys in the bud. We are very pleased with the results and service.

I called Green Flash pest control, and they were really busy but suggested I call Plateau Pest Solutions and see if they could serve our home sooner. We had a problem with spiders and they were biting me. So I called Plateau Pest and was very pleased that they could fit me in so quickly. Tech came out within the quoted time frame, performed the task without any problems and Presto...no more bites! Billing was simple, but I"m surprised that they are not using Square for immediate payment from the customer. I was emailed a billing with the quoted amount 2 days after service, which was fine.
