I would highly recommend Burton’s. I normally don’t write reviews unless the service is outstanding or terrible. In this case it was excellent service. Burton’s was called on Saturday around 5pm for my a/c unit being out in my apartment and I fully expected it to be at least Monday before a technician could arrive to look at the unit. To my surprise the technician showed up at 8:00am on Sunday morning in the pouring rain. Technician went under my apartment made a diagnosis and had the a/c working within an hour. Technician was also polite and professional. I would highly recommend for any

Danny was called to fix my air conditioner as a result of a claim I made against my homeowner's appliance insurance policy. After testing the air conditioner, he determined that it needed to be replaced. However, the insurance company just wanted to pay for the service call. Danny persisted and eventually persuaded the insurance company to replace my air conditioner. Thank you, Danny!

Burton's Appliance Repair in Bowling Green, KY, a part of the business that is also known as Burton's Towing, did a good job of cleaning my 220 window air conditioner that I dropped off and picked up. It ran well for a week, then something happened and it started blowing warm air again.
I called them and they came out, looked at it, and took it back to their shop.
