Steve Schiltz was recommended by another local contractor to replace my deck. I received the original bid in March 2017. After weeks of planning and getting the city permit his company was to start the job July 10th. He never showed up. He didn't call. He didn't email. Nothing!!! Complete waste of my time dealing with this guy! I hope no one gives him business due to his lack of customer service and lack of commitment! Why did he even bother coming to my house and getting the permit if all he was going to do is waste my time?!
