Fast, efficient, polite and on time. The torsion spring broke on my garage door and they came over that morning and repaired the door. They also answered my questions about basic maintenance. This is the second time in the past four years I have called them for garage door repair and once again provided excellent service. I highly recommend these guys if you need garage door servicing.

Stop looking. Call them now. This is a great company. . .I’ve used them a couple of times over the year to service my old opener. Just 2 days ago Al helped me problem solve my latest issue via texting (after hours at night), I determined it was finally time for a new opener. He then came first thing the next morning and installed a new opener. Great pricing, prompt, efficient and very courteous. He gets a 10 out of 5 from me!

Outstanding experience! Efficient and very reasonably priced. Arrived 15 minutes early and installed a complete garage door opener system in less than one hour. They even repaired the spring on the overhead door at no extra charge. When done, they took the time to walk me through the different functions of the opener (programming keyless entry pad, downloading app, etc.). Highly recommend!

The automatic lock on my garage door malfunctioned. These guys came over and fixed my problem and DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME! They said they did not do enough work to get paid. WOW! Unheard of in this day and time. I highly recommend this company!

We had previously contacted another garage door service to resolve our garage door sticking issue. They made some temporary adjustments and strongly recommended a motor replacement.
Eventually, we called Garage Door Fix based on recommendations from the Nextdoor Neighborhood App. Al and his assistant quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. It was NOT the motor!

One of my garage door springs broke. When that happens, I prefer to replace both springs. I found Garage Door Fix online and called. I left a message and received a call back pretty quickly from Al. He and his associate came out promptly and replaced both springs. They were professional, friendly and their price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again. Great work!

Never returned my call seeking assistance with getting openers for my garage door for the house I just moved into. I used another company. It wasn't something that I could wait on. Prompt service was critical. They didn't deliver.

Showed up on time, were fast, efficient, and courteous. Replaced all of the door rollers. Door is nice and quiet now.

I called and described the problem with my garage door torsion springs and opener. After two minutes, he was able to give me a quote and schedule the repair and installation the very next morning. He arrived on time and worked until finished. The price was very good and he was polite and honest as I had written a check for $10 more that the quote and left it for him as I had to leave a few minutes prior to the finish. He brought that to my attention and requested another check for the correct amount. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called Garage Door Fix Monday morning at 10:30 to remove old garage door opener and to install a new garage door opener...they were here at 1:00 the time they said they’d be here! In 35 minutes they had the opener installed! The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. A day later, the motion sensor didn’t work; therefore, I called them and the nice guy walked me through the simple solution. My son is building a new house and I referred him to Garage Door Fix! Service was excellent. Thank you.

These guys were incredible. So friendly and professional. My garage door was hanging by a thread I called they offered to come right out but then I got called into work. Called them back and ask they come the next day and they arrived right on time at 9:30 AM. They immediately put my mind at ease and were super honest and caring. If you have any kind of garage door problem do not hesitate to call them. If I could give more than five stars I would!!!!

I'm new to the area and needed my garage door fixed. I originally called the number of the company that installed my garage door with the previous home owners and they wanted $80 just to come to my home to take a look. We had a spring break on a Sunday night, we heard a loud bang but couldn't find what made the noise. Later that night when I tried to leave the garage door wouldn't go up. That is when I saw the broken spring.

On Monday I called and they came out and knowing I should replace both spring I also asked them to replace/fix anything else while they were here. After inspecting the door the only other thing they did was oil all the moving parts

I called them at 3 on a Friday because my garage door wouldn't close. My husband was out of town & I had no idea what to do. They sent someone over before 5 & didn't overcharge me (most places take advantage of you when you're in a dire situation). Also I was very panicked & they were so understanding- highly recommend them!!

I called this company after having a negative experience with another company which I have reviewed. I needed my torsion spring replaced. Al was honest, courteous and professional. I scheduled the appointment for 4pm and unlike the other company they were on time. They completed the job within an hour. Definitely recommend.

We came home late last night and tried to open the garage door,it went up about 3 feet then slammed down.I went inside and saw the torsion spring an the left was broken. I called my regular guy i use but he couldn't get here till after the weekend.I yelped this company....they said they would be here at 1030am and they were here as told.The two guys were polite and courteous.They asked if I wanted only one spring changed or both,There was no pressure to do both but he gave me the option any way.With the luck i normally have I had both replaced.The carriage was bad also and they had a used

We had a problem with our garage door, and Garage Door Fix was the 3rd place we called. No one would come out on a Friday night at 6pm and we couldn't wait because the garage was wide open.
2 men from Garage Door Fix were out to us within an hour, had our door fixed, and charged us a very fair price. They were friendly and professional and we would absolutely recommend them for your garage door service needs. The only regret is that we didn't call them first!
