Schmoldt Construction is on-top of their game in the industry. Recently, had them look at updates needed for our business location. Their quick bid response, along with above board, customer service at a fair market price resulted in our team working with them. Work for wonderful company in Dallas and our office has been requesting payment for a contract job that it was done back 8/2020 with company in which we still have not received any payment they owes us 3K old lady answering the phones gave the wrong accounts payable e mail FYI do not use this company .
Please do not use this company staff really rude and unprofessional lady answering phones not a good customer service. I was put on hold for more than 10 m. when I called again lady said I am really busy and hang-up the phone not even given me the change to speak bad customer service reception.

We have worked on several Schmoldt projects as a sub. I appreciate their due diligence regarding holding their subs to a high level of quality. Their precon team is a pleasure to deal with. Finished products of the buildings are also top notch. Overall, especially from a subs perspective, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Don't do business with them if you want to get paid. We did a small job for them in June of this year (2018). It's almost December and we still have not been paid. We keep being told we need to talk to Diana but she will not return calls. When they say she's there and then put us on hold and ask whose calling she suddenly stepped away from her desk. It's not a large amount but we are a small business so all amounts matter to us.
