It is now halfway through January and they refused to give me an update or day when a person could come do the work they quoted (in Nov. I was told it would be two weeks).
My tree has gotten to a point where I am forced to find another company who might actually communicate when they can come or why they are not showing up when they said they would be.
In this day in age where we all have phones, email, and everything you could imagine you think someone at this company could set up a calendar.

Arbor Pro Tree experts did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to save our trees, which were stressed and lacking nutrients. The crew came a day later than expected, but did superbly when they arrived. They professionally trimmed and pruned three large trees, and cut down a fourth, and cleaned up all the debris. The crew communicated well with me, asking questions before following through their project. With their efforts, I believe our trees will thrive next spring.

I would not recommend this company. They told me I needed a tree trimming and cut more than 1/2 the tree off at the TRUNK! I reached out to another arborist who informed me that the tree is actually diseased and is dying. The other arborist company I had inspect the tree also informed me that the way Arbor Pro Tree “trimmed” my tree is now a hazard because all the weight is on one side of the tree so with a heavy snow storm or strong winds the tree is likely to snap and fall. The other arborist company told me that Arbor Pro Tree should have recognized that the tree is dying and either needs

Arbor Pro is wrapping up there job at my house as I type this out. I brought out 3 companies for estimates and they gave the most competitive estimate. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews on Yelp, but I'm completely satisfied.
I've got a little more work to do, but it wasn't a priority today. I'll hire them again in a few months to finish the rest.

We had our Elm treated for beetles via injection. It cost us close to $400. I was warned there was a possibility that the treatment wouldn't be totally effective and in this case, we could try spraying. If anything, the ravaging of the tree was worse this year than last, leaves brown and full of holes.
So I contacted Arbor Pro to talk to someone about a solution and was told someone would get back to me about it.

The arborist was so informative! He came over and looked at my trees and told me what I needed and I completely agreed. He discussed various options with me. They treated my trees and he even came by a few weeks later to ask how everything went and to look over their work. I used them again to trim some trees and dead branches and take out a dead tree. They were fast and efficient. I do wish they'd cleaned up a little better, but overall they did a fantastic job! I will used them again. I felt their pricing was fair and the arborist was very knowledgeable.

I had a scheduled appointment to have a dead tree pruned away from my power line. However, a wind storm a week ago not only moved those branches closer to the power line but part of the tree broke off and was now in my neighbor's yard! I hired the company to take out the dead on my Honey Locust Tree.
I asked that I be home at the time of trimming. I just missed them
by minutes. My neighbor was moving his lawn and said they arrived and within 20 minutes left. When I arrived home, I could see that their were many dead branches that had not been cut off. Pro is the right word. They did a great job shaping some overgrown trees and removing broken and dead limbs. It was cute to see the guys walk across the street to get a better view of the trees and discuss the look of the tree and how to trim it. They kept checking the look of the tree as they were cutting.

Did a great job trimming 3 - 80 +foot cottonwood trees. Really appreciate Chad who estimated the job. He wrote down exactly what was to be done. Thinned out excess growth. Cut out dead limbs and shaped the tops. The trees look great. This is the best trimming job I've had on these trees in a very long time. The foreman walked around and talked to me about what they did and made sure I was satisfied. Willingly made a couple of changes I was concerned about. Crew cleaned up completely. Will definitely call them back when the time comes to trim again.

After receiving a letter from my HOA stating that I had ten days to trim my apple tree, I called all the arborists that I could find on google. Company after company told me that it would be 4-6 weeks. When I spoke to arbor pro, they also said 4-6 weeks but picked up in the defeat in my voice and asked if it was urgent. We had a great experience with Arbor Pro. Our HOA gave us 30 days to trim a tree on our back patio. We got three estimates and chose Arbor Pro because their estimate was extremely well detailed. We knew EXACTLY what they planned to do. One tree is a really small job for any company, but they got to us even before the date they estimated, which was fantastic since we were in a time crunch. They did the work while I was at work and I came home to a HOA compliant tree! Really awesome job!
