Buyer beware! This company is notoriously predatory and takes old ladies for thousands of dollars after storms. I would not under any circumstances hire these people. It is s scam and they should be investigated by the Attorney General for predatory practices.

I don't think I've ever had a service that has completed their work in such a quick amount of time and with such great quality. I talked with Mr. Richard and he walked me through everything they could do to the trees I needed cleaned up around my house. He was professional and very knowledgeable. he wrote up a contract and literally the next day the team was out here taking care of everything around the house. I'm very satisfied with the speed and quality of Tree Guardian. Thanks for the great service and I'd recommend anyone in need of some tree work to give these guys and gals a call!

Jacob and his crew came out to my area in Alabama after a tornado hit my home. I had a tree laying on my house that needed to be removed and the Tree Guardian people came up asking if we needed help to remove it. They were storm chasing and had swooped into the area in less than 24 hours after the storm had hit. They never let me see costs to do that because I "had insurance and we go through the insurance for you to make it easier". Well the reason they do that is because they price gouge and take advantage of people in their time of need. They have charged me $21,000 to remove a tree

I contacted Tree Guardian for a couple of very large trees that endangered my house. One was seriously leaning towards our bedroom. Tree Guardian came out 3 times to plan the job properly, and I was truly impressed with their expertise. Their rep communicated well, the owner pulled off a very difficult job perfectly, the arborist was truly helpful, and the rest of the crew was very thorough and cleaned up everything.
I highly recommend for any kind of tree work..... trimming to the most difficult of tree removals.

I understand things happen, but just want to share our experience with tree guardian so that others won't fall into the same situation as us. After giving us a run around for a week, our sales person Lisa promised us a quote to beat the competitor that we were going to go with. After signing a contract and placing a deposit, tree guardian came to our home to start the job and said that they would not be able to uphold the contract for the price. Update: they never came back to fix our septic line. They keep saying "we will come tomorrow!" Or, "we will come next week". Then, they never show up. It was months ago. In addition to the broken septic, they also used our power washer, racked up our water bill, and now our power washer won't start. Very sad that this is the final result of an otherwise great job.

I was extremely please with Jake and the Tree Guardian crew. They were on time, professional and left my yard in excellent shape when they finished. I had concerns about the tree or at least some of the larger branches hitting a new shed but they nailed the landing perfectly. Fair price and I didn't have to wait 8 weeks (a competitor) to remove the tree. I would definitely use them in the future!
