We have had a terrible experience with this company. I wish i had read the reviews first. We had a water heater fail, and tried to order a new one for this company. They had competitive prices, but we still paid them a premium for the water heater and shipping. They charged my credit card and indicated that the product would ship in three to five days. After letting us wait over a week, they contacted us and demanded a lot more money, saying they had decided they weren’t going to make enough money on the deal. I wrote back telling them that a strong arm, “bait and switch” like this was unethical

Ordered a sink on the web. Was cheaper than other places by about 40 bucks. Had to get confirmation emails out of my spam folder, but suffice it to say they were not spam. Order confirmed and shipping update notifications were on point, free shipping, and order arrived in 2 business days, faster than I expected! Sink was in new, undamaged condition. Great experience from this seller. I was a little nervous because I'd never heard of them before, but it worked out well for me!

I recently found a sink i had been searching for at Home Perfect. The site was easy to access. I had a few questions, so I called them directly. (I found the phone number easily too). The associate I spoke to was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions, When the sink arrived, it was well packaged and in perfect condition. It arrived within the time frame she said it would too. About 7 days. I would not hesitate to order from this place again in the future!!!! Great experience!!!

Quick and easy. I was shocked when I realized that what I ordered was only a part, not an entire sink but because this is my first time to renovate a bathroom, I am now aware of the pricing of hardware. In my opinion, it was expensive however, the part that I did receive was actually much cheaper than other retailers, by 50%. The delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition. I will be a return customer because of the quality and pricing.

Called home Perfect more than once with questions and each time the person was friendly. I eventually placed the order once I knew what I wanted and picked up item the next day. Service as a whole is great. Choices of where I can pickup my equipment I think that's awesome delivery is also available and the first choice if you can wait a day or so, I had not hot water no choice there so I chose the expedite pickup and my truck. Sales can provide locations for the warehouses during purchasing.

I placed 2 orders for new items and received used, damaged, and defective Newport Brass shower trim both times. At this point I'm surprised I ever even received product from this place.
I've contacted them directly and they've failed to remedy both problems. First problem, they said their supplier "water tests" the shower head before shipping...mineral build up (pictured) takes months/years and even if it was from a run test (why are they testing new showerheads?) you shouldn't be shipping new product like that. They refused to do anything about fixing it with an exchange.
