Mark went above and beyond in assessing a spot on my beautiful rug. He did his research and recommended that he take the rug to his shop to ensure a good result. The rug was returned to me a week ahead of schedule and it looked perfect!! They put my room back together just exactly how it was, with no direction from me! Mark & his team were very professional. loved how they used corner protectors and made sure they minimized to almost none marks to the wall.
Communication was on point. We asked if they could take off their shoes and had no problem doing so.
These days its so hard to find a good reputable service company but this company was Awesome! Already referred this company to all my friends & will def use them again !

Very professional company. Punctual and detailed. They made sure to protect the areas of my house that would rub against the hoses from the machine. It’s little details like that which make a big difference to me. Overall, thorough cleaning performed on my large area rug and my sectional couch. Feels brand new again. Last year Bayou City cleaned my 2 sofas. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. On New Years Eve a red wine mishap stained 2 cushions. I called Bayou City and Mark said a crew would be here today and clean them in the truck. They look PERFECT. And all that being said, no charge. Look no further this is a fantastic company.
