Two years ago, Nicholas informed me my boiler was outdated & parts were no longer available. This was untrue, but I had given him a deposit for a new boiler. I discovered within a day of the lie by a reputable repairman & informed Nicholas I desired my money be returned. He refused. I was forced to take Nicholas to small claims court to recovery money the business scammed from me. I won the case against Nicholas. To date, he has not reimbursed me.

My furnace was making a terrible smell at 9pm, and I wasn't sure what to do! I am new to the area and not knowing what contractor to call, started a "A" and worked my way on. Tom was the first person and only person to call me back promptly and even though it was far after hours, rushed out when he understood how nervous I was about my new house and the problems it might have. He discovered of all things, a mouse had made a nest in the furnace pipe thing and after clearing it out and doing his tests, said I would be all set. Problem solved! They installed a new furnace in my house in February of 2013 when my old one died. Installation went fine and the price was reasonable. But they ignored and discounted my complaints about a fume smell coming from my heating registers.
I was told the smell was normal for a new furnace. The smell never went away. But their chances of my repeat business certainly did.
