Services
As members of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), Kitchen Masters is held to the highest standards of planning, design, installation, remodeling and business standards. Not only can we design and install your new kitchen, our in house design service can help you avoid costly mistakes using our experience and knowledge.
Shortly afterwards, we will provide you with a price. The next meeting is for you to discuss the design and any potential modifications you would like to make. If necessary, we will make arrangements with your builder, architect, and/or designer to coordinate the installation. To ensure a quality installation, we will meet the installer at your home to discuss the details of your plan and installation.
Prior to enjoying the pleasures of your new kitchen, there is the remodeling construction. In order to make it as easy as possible, we invite you to take advantage of the great tips we've put together for you. In the weeks before the work begins, keep a list of all those restaurants you've been meaning to try.
If you are remodeling, do not include current cabinetry or other furniture that will not be kept, such as kitchen tables, in your measurements. Draw in any obstructions such as radiators, pipes, sink plumbing, etc. that you either can not, or do not, want moved. Beginning at the top left corner of your drawing measure to the first window, door, or wall.

Usually, home improvement projects are an ordeal. BUT—-Kitchen Masters Plus made our kitchen and bathroom cabinet refacing a very positive experience. Kitchen masters designed our kitchen a few years ago. After they got my money ($15,000) they became rude and hostile. The salesman didn't bother answering my calls or concerns anymore and the ladies in the office were downright mean! My cabinets look cheap after they were installed. We totally feel like we were taking advantage of. The hardware that came with the cabinets were garbage. We had to replace them after 3 months! The granite that they said they would stand behind was installed with a large gash in it (5,000)Our advice, run don't walk to another shop!!

I was re-facing my kitchen cabinets. Communication was good between myself and their office and the person who originally gave me the estimate. I thought I had chosen wisely! Unfortunately, the people working on my kitchen did not pay attention to details. They rushed through everything. It wasn't until I had my flooring installed and the refrigerator was moved that I discovered the end of my cabinet was not 100% re-faced. I questioned it but was told only the areas that are visible are fully re-faced. Really!!!! On the positive side they did address my issues which were fixed

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Walked into showroom, spent an hour and 45 min talking to one of the "designers" who took every bit of info we could offer about our vision for our kitchen. We gave her our floor plan, picked out the cabinets and countertops we wanted. With a 65 k budged we were ready to have them give us our dream kitchen. "I will call you by Thursday with a few different design plans and pricing" .....um that was well over 6 weeks ago. Never heard a peep from anyone. The sales lady never bothered to contact us even though she had our number

Do NOT use this company. The owner did not return phone calls on important matters. The staff was basically inattentive as well. I wasted 2 weeks of valuable time trying to follow through on materials choice. NO communication. I have never had such a poor experience in 30 years of home ownership and a number of home improvement projects. My home is in Patchogue, NY.
