Jay was awesome! Really cared about my home and was caring about every detail. Hard worker and my kitchen and bathroom remodel is amazing! Quartz countertops, new sinks and faucets! I live a log cabin and this was no easy job! I’m posting before and after photos!

Jay and Ashley were very good to work with. We had a relatively small job but we were treated like we were every bit as important as a big job. They were very helpful in the design portion of the job.The intricate backsplash work came out amazing. Their prices are fair and quality was excellent. I would recommend them for any size job

Jay and Ashley were great to work with. They are both meticulous. They treated my home like it was their own. Very careful with all my belongings and pets. They were great at cleaning up at the end of each day so dust/dirt wasn’t tracked thru the entire house. At the end of the job everything was spick and span. Didn’t have to do a thing. They listened to my ideas and gave advice where needed. Elegant Home Remodelers will be my number one go to company if I need ANYTHING else done. Give them a call. After a month of being constantly postponed, he cancelled the night before. Turns out, he does not have workmans comp insurance but has employees citing he has a waiver ????, failed to provide contractor insurance (so may or may not have) and later advised he is not properly credentialled to have to pull a permit, if needed. Dont quote jobs you are not able to legally handle. He wanted a "contract signed" that did not document what he would be doing, just the cost. Proceed with caution!!!

What a great company. I have used Elegant Home Remodeling for 2 bathroom remodels (life changing) and most recently a bedroom rehab - welcome new home office! Their work is impeccable and they stand behind it. This organization is a small business with integrity. Anyone who hires them will be pleased with their work as well as their ethics and honesty. I would be very suspicious of anyone who posts a negative review ... Jay kept me apprised of the status of my job, the scheduling and costs ... and then delivered beautiful work. I highly recommend Elegant Home Remodeling.

Jay was hired to perform several home repairs. He replaced a badly rotted side garage door. He patched several small damaged spots in my drywall and he repaired and rehung an interior closet door. When he came to look at the work and offer an estimate, I immediately liked his “can do” attitude. He and his crew worked efficiently and quickly. They were done in less than a day. All the repairs are flawless. I would hire Elegant Home Remodeling for any work in the future because I was so pleased with their performance.

Avoid this company!!! Had us scheduled 2 months in advanced, never came out to get sample of wall to get matched paint, texted a twice 1 and 4 days prior to my scheduled day and never got a response. Called day before, he said he's busy remodeling his own home the past 5 weeks and his life is more priority that work. So, 5 weeks of scheduled people to have work done was ignored with no communication? If I didn't call, I would've been sitting at home waiting for nothing. He apologized that his life is more important that work. At least be professional and contact your customers so they can get someone

I found this fantastic company via Spring Hill Neighbors Facebook page--more than one person recommended Jayson Trozzo and his team. I hired him on the spot, and cancelled the other appointments I had made for estimates. Jay removed the 19-yr old tile from the tub in our guest bath, installed and replumbed a new tub, and installed 3 new toilets and one sink. He discovered a leak beneath the tub and referred us to a reputable plumber who immediately tackled the leak. Jay and his team worked non-stop each day they were here, often skipping lunch and breaks altogether. He explained, in detail, why

I searched online for a bathroom remodeler & found their website. He came out & gave me an amazing quote. A few days later I have a beautiful bathroom. They were fast, easy, cleaned up after the job was done and they are coming back in a few days to make sure all is good. I will be using Elegant Home Remodeling again and again.
