All pros, not cons with this experience. Here are the reasons why I am impressed w/ All Conditions Roofing. 1) Called w/ an emergency leak. They were at the house w/in 24hrs to assess and schedule. Roof was replaced w/in 1 week of initial call!!!! No other companies I called, could respond that fast on this occasion. 2) Price was very competitive. We spent less on this roof than we did on a smaller home 13 years ago. Let me start out by saying all roofing contractors are not created equal just like in any other profession or industry. That being said, Jason, Elvira, and crew were awesome! From start to finish everything was done with quality workmanship using the best possible products available on the market at a very competitive price. The company name is no joke. They literally shoveled snow off our roof to do the job. Their team replaced our roof and all the plywood in the middle of winter, we're very professional and friendly, and cleaned up well.
