Incorrectly installed a part that another company had to fix, undercharged our unit, and left a cap off of a valve. Furthermore, when we called to let them know the unit stopped working quickly after they left, they told us to call our home warranty to send someone else out. Remarkably unhelpful.

I had 2 different techs come out this week to service my ac unit because it was blowing hot air both techs at different times said they filled it with freon and said wait a few hours and it will start blowing cool air and it didnt and i got an email saying my air was fixed but tech came today and fixed air he was very knowledgeable

Super nice people from the office manager I spoke with on the phone & the professional who came to my house. Everyone was great! One Source came out after my AC completely stopped working. This unit was completely replaced by a separate company less than a yr ago. They walked in and immediately identified the first problem. Fixed & improved the errors of the previous company. Then inspected the outside unit which was completely empty of Freon. They did a great job and were super fast! I’ll always use them in the future!
