Hired PPE for a termite inspection and they found dry rot in a few places. I got a quote for the dry rot repairs during the inspection and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. They went above and beyond and even saved us a little money! Kind, honest and great quality work.

We have been using Private Pest Exterminators for years. Recently we were on the quarterly pest program. However, we have not seen them since January. I have called e-mailed and received no response. Very disappointed. I expected better than this. I now have bugs in my house due to the heat.

Love these guys. I am super sensitive to chemicals but I'm also deathly afraid of spiders. I never thought I'd find a solution to my personal war on the creepy crawlers but here it is! In the 4+ years we've been using these guys I've never had a problem. I feel comfortable using them inside and outside of my home. Even with my little and with my senior dog. Best part is if I ever see anything between treatments they always come out and respray for free. I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Excellent service and product! I rented a house in Menifee a few years back that we had sprayed before we moved our stuff in. We didn't see one bug for almost a year! I just had them come spray my home in Lake Elsinore that is under ant and spider invasion. The gentleman that came was so polite and friendly. He sprayed every crack and corner inside and out very carefully. The stuff they use smells fantastic and is made from essential oils so I didn't have to relocate all the kids and pets for hours like a normal pest spray. It's a huge relief to know that at the very least I'm guaranteed no bigs

Private Pest Exterminators came highly recommended from neighbors. I had a great conversation while scheduling our appointment but when they showed up (late) this morning to perform the job, NOT WEARING A MASK, attitude was given when we asked them to put one on. We canceled right then and there. It's mandated, EVEN OUTSIDE! If you care about people/businesses taking precautions during Covid then I highly suggest you DO NOT work with them. Unfortunate!!

I found subterranean termites in my house. I had 3 companies scheduled to come out for an inspection. Bob @ Private Pest Exterminators was the second one and I went with him right away. I had another come out first. It was easy to identify where our subterranean termites were because I saw their location. That company identified and suggested a treatment and said he would send a quote. I trust that he was accurate in his assessment. However, when Bob came, he examined the ENTIRE house inside, outside including our fences and our attic. He was EXTREMELY thorough. He didn't just look at the floor

I've been using private pest for a few years now but I have yet to write them a yelp review. I cannot say enough good things about Bob and his crew. Private Pest Exterminators is our Go-To company for handling our spiders, ants, and now bees at our Temecula property. Just used them for live bee removal, where Josh came out at night to remove the hive. Great, personal service.
