They came on time at around 8:30AM and finished around 5:00 PM. They had to work on 22 windows and 2 half walls. They did a very good job installing the granite window sills and granite half wall's small counter top. Also they did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done. I had to leave one star. Joy Coleman is a one man band and she works out of her house which in itself is fine. I called her and texted her early one morning everything. A diagram of my kitchen with measurements, pictures of my kitchen, selections of granite I had made with a granite wholesaler. I didn't hear back from her until 5:36 pm when I was having diner with my family. You think she would call the first thing the next day. Nope. Nothing. Ive been a contractor for 15yrs .i have not seen such a incompetent company .i had a horrible experience with them. They were a day late on installing countertop.it was not like we had ordered from the original plans.they would not answer my calls. When they finally came out to install .the installer was loudmouth and rude.as a contractor i would definatly not recomend them at all.save yourself a headache and go with another granite co.

Joy and her team did a beautiful install and were competitively priced. There was a gap where the granite met the range (due to the wall being a little crooked). Joy's team came out and removed caulk, moved the granite forward so that it laid properly against the stove and re-caulked so it fits properly. We're really happy with our granite and get compliments ALL THE TIME! Thank you.
