Mitch came out to our house to discuss updating our overhang in the backyard and as we talked he gave us some great options for a pergola and a new outdoor kitchen. After him laying out a very functional design and fair pricing we said okay and they started 2 days earlier than what they had committed to. Also, they finished right on time. Well the finish product was better than what we could have ever imagined with an incredible new pergola and outdoor kitchen. I wish I could give them a good review, but as the owner of a building where they are doing some work for a commercial tenant, they have not been particularly helpful in making sure that the potentially dangerous electrical problems--not caused by them, but supposedly being ameliorated by them--are actually being taken care of. I have been trying to get a copy of the permit that the owner assured me that he filed, but without any information from them, such as the date it was filed, I cannot look it up online.

From the beginning of our project with Mitch (owner) meeting with us to review design, pick out cabinets and assist with coordinating tile, counter tops for the remodel of both of our bathrooms, to Rick (office manager) handling the order of specific items we selected (faucets, toilets, grab bars, shower hardware, teak shower seats, sinks, etc,), we have been pleased with our decision to work with MCA remodeling. We just had our final inspection today on both bathroom remodels and we are "good to go"! And both remodels are truly beautiful!

We hired MCA to completely remodel our bathroom pretty much from the studs up. Everything was gutted and built back up. I can say without a doubt we went with the right company. This company did a bathroom for us. They sent one of their employees named James Palmones, he is a real dedicated employee. His work was top notch, he showed no short cuts and always did the job the best to his ability. He spent many hours without goofing off or wasting his or our time. A real dedicated employee. My wife and I would have him working on any part of our house. His knowledge with all different aspects of construction was exceptional. If he found something that wasn't done correctly, he would not pass it on, he would fix the problem. We've never found an employee

MCA Remodeling did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. I could not have asked for such a great remodel.
James and Jeff did such a great job. They always asked how I wanted things before they preceded. All though I have two dogs they were able to work around them even though the dogs ate a lot of their stuff. Me my friends my neighbors are in uh and ahh with this kitchen it's a wow factor. We were willing to pay top dollar for our master remodel, and we did. Boy was I surprised when I asked when the inspectors were coming and Mitch replied we're not getting any permits. This was not discussed nor agreed to by us. We put in skylights, a sauna shower, wall hung toilet and vanity, Why would he presume that we would not want the certainty that it was up to code?

When the demo crew came was the start of a rocky situation. Some mistakes were done but James came in corrected and finished the job. James is very professional and so easy to work with. His attention to detail is amazing. Can't say enough good things about him.

An overall 5-Star job was done on the complete gutting and remodel of our master bathroom by MCA. We had Antonio on the job by himself to start, and come to find out it was his first day, but boy did we feel lucky to have him assigned to our place after seeing his dedication, attention to detail, and pride that was evident in his work day in and day out. After many times of scheduling with his wife Leslie, he calls me a few hours before the appointment and was rude to me. I am very disappointed with the way MCA remodeling tries to confirm the appointment (1 hour before the appointment) and leaves a voicemail saying if I don't return to confirm, that they will not show up. I only noticed the missed call an voicemail at the time of the appointment and when I called back, they said they are on the other side of the bay in another meeting and unable to come and that the 'office' would have to reschedule. MCA remodeled my 2 bathrooms this last year and we are very pleased with the results. These were major remodeling projects. In one bathroom, all the plumbing was relocated to different locations to make room for both a whirlpool bath and a separate walk-in shower, plus a new dual sink vanity. The other bath room had a sunken shower that had to be raised up to floor level to meet local codes.
The work took longer than anticipated but since Brian P. did such excellent work on them, I was OK with the extra time it took.

Mitch and his crew are miracle workers. Our kitchen island needed to be totally rebuilt before a big party we had. They finished the night before and it is beautiful. They also installed french doors for us and we have more projects in the works. Mitch is professional, personable and true to his word. They looked high and low for granite until they found one we liked. They will go to the ends of the earth to make sure the customer is happy.
