I can not say enough about Matt. I represented the Buyer on the purchase of a home in Waynesville. Upon inspection the roof had signs of hail damage, we were two weeks away from closing. I had been calling roofers all day and just called him because he was my last resort. He came the next day, worked with the Sellers insurance, moved his schedule around and we had a new roof in place before closing!

Every step from the initial inspection to installing our new roof went smoothly with Redwolf Contracting. Matt was helpful with explaining how the insurance claims process works, as this was my first experience filing a claim. Matt was also quick to respond with any questions via phone or text. The installers were quick and professional; they had my old roof off and new roof up in one day. They also did a good job cleaning the site afterwards. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend Redwolf Contracting.

Matt and Red Wolf Contracting did a fantastic job on our roof! Our new metal roof was installed in one day and the crew was courteous and very neat. I recently had a new roof installed by RedWolf Contracting Service in Black Mountain,NC. Out of 4 estimates, Matt was able to beat the competition’s price significantly. He always responded to my emails and text messages quickly. His coworker, Bryson, met an inspector from my insurance company to inspect the hail damage which made the claim process go flawlessly. The crew was polite, did a great job, and cleaned up well before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

We needed a new roof due to wind damage. Matt came out right away, and worked seamlessly with our insurance adjuster to get the paperwork completed and the roof installed within a week. Matt kept me informed by text and email throughout the process, and was even able to install the roof a day early. The entire job took only one day, and his team was polite and professional. They took care of moving patio furniture and other items out of the way, and they stayed until the last nail and piece of debris was gone from our yard. We are very pleased with their work, and would recommend them to anyone
