From 1993-2002, as the owner and principal of Pacific Design Group-Tacoma, Inc., Jim Castino and his staff of seven design professionals, designed over $75 million in commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Capitalizing on Jim's prior experience as a project manager in the local construction industry, PDG sought to offer their clients a practical & pragmatic approach to architectural design coupled with a level of field expertise unique in the profession of architecture.
After a two year hiatus with another local architectural firm, Jim founded Castino Architecture in 2004, with the goal of providing high-quality, thoughtful and practical design solutions to the commercial and industrial client base he had established over the course of 30+ years in the design and construction business.At Castino Architecture we strive to pursue a leadership role in a collaborative, inclusive and team centered manner.
