Horrible customer service, I had to put 1 star to do the post but they deserve NONE!! I manage an apartment community and used this company when we had tree damage to some fencing around our property. It took them several weeks to come out to give us the bid and then another couple of weeks to do the job even though we got the approval straight away. In another area of the property we were still waiting for the bid so after several phone calls I was told the area was overgrown with grass and they couldn't get to it to give the bid. I asked why we weren't called and notified so that we could correct

After reading the only review of this company, I still decided to give them a call on getting a gate installed. A woman answered and took my information and said someone would call me back the next day to setup an appointment for an estimate. That was Monday Feb 6, 2017. It's now Friday and still no call. I've had 2 others out to my location within this week w/no problem and total professionalism. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They obviously do not need customers.
