Overall, I was quite disappointed with the company and job performed. I called them thinking it was a different company and they offered to earn my business by making superiority claims and I was very excited to able to support a local business. When they arrived, the technician was good and very nice but had to call the office staff-Chelsea, multiple times to review our quote and they wanted to charge more than we were quoted; additionally we were even told at this point “to take it or leave it”. I was out of town for work and had to locate the original quote before they would honor it and

This is the first time I hired someone to deep clean our 6yr old carpets. I did do it couple of years ago by renting rug doctor. I am not sure if my expectations are high but the dirt built up on carpet didn’t go away. Looking at the advertisement picture online where black dirty carpet turns into clean ones I expected the same but that’s not the case. The guy was punctual and did it fine but I am not sure if something else have to be done to clean them. See pics after it’s cleaned.
Update: Michigan carpet cleaning came back to clean the carpet in the family room and this time used Hydrogen

Chelsea was very friendly and professional during the scheduling process. She also followed up to make sure everything was going well. Juan Gomez arrived on time and we completed a walk through before he started. He thoroughly explained the process, took steps to protect the floors and walls, completed everything quickly and put up with my curious dog! Very happy with the professionalism, quality and value.
