Came and fixed our stopped up shower a few months ago. I think it is now more free flowing than when we moved in. Gave us recommendations on how to prevent future clogs with safe and effective pipe treatments. Also received a quote for future work on pipelines and water heater. Good rates, great work. During a frozen pipe emergency, I was referred to Integrity Plumbing by a trusted friend in commercial excavation. Steve was timely and thorough. He explained the source of the problem, and discussed repair options using clear layman's language and stating general costs. The job was done efficiently with as few drywall cuts as possible. Regarding cost, prior to contacting any plumber, my excavation friend had given me a range that I should expect to pay, and Steve was well within the typical price in the SWMI-Michiana area.

From the time that Steve first came to make his estimate to the completion of the job, he listened carefully to my request and explained how he would proceed. He gave us a clear estimate, finished the job promptly, and the project looked well organized. My wife was very happy. Steve would be

Had him come to clear a kitchen pipe that was clogged from the disposal. It's been years and I still recall the absolute mess he left in my basement from "blowing" out the clog! Told me he left some cleaning to do but I could never have imagined what he left for me to clean up. Do not use him. NO INTEGRITY!!

As we moved washer and dryer down to basement, the plumber updated my plumbing system. He did very well. I am satisfied his service. This is the second time he helped us.
