I hired key one to install the front door latch and deadbolt. They installed the latch but the installer said he needs to put a back plate because of some reason and you can see right through the door to the inside of the house? Key One Called me to make the appointment for 9pm. I took off work all morning... But no one showed up? I called Key One and they said that one of the employees tested positive for Covid. They declined to follow up.

Had a key fob die unexpectedly but lucky for me it was only a short walk to Key One. The guys got me squared away in no time! Friendly, knowledgeable and I'd highly recommend them.
