Contacted thru yelp for estimate, took a bit of time for appt but it is the holidays. Didn't show up at time scheduled but later called to apologize and came later that day. Got bid almost a week later, $12,500 for a wood gate with two metal post and a fence attaching the gate, total length of project 21 feet, so $595 a foot!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Dealing with this place has been nothing but a headache the entire time of our project. From trying to get a simple callback and response from the seemingly inadequate office staff to the work crew showing up unannounced, and the kicker, dealing with the actual threats of the Owner (Gustavo) that the built fence would be knocked down if payment wasn't made for a job that HADN'T BEEN COMPLETED. Unprofessional all around is an understatement.

Gilbert and his crew are great. I own a property management business and work with many different contractors. GC Fence gets 5 stars from me. I had a difficult installation of a vinyl lattice fence atop an existing block wall. There was some challenging prep work required. Gilbert completed this job without a hitch. GC Fence is experienced and professional. They show up on time and complete the job as promised. I will be using GC Fence on my next job.

I requested for estimation to create a fence. The estimator showed up on time, but quote was provided a week later. It was responsive at the beginning, and we had our quote finalized. 1 start is given for that.
But all of a sudden, no message, no email, no call back or answering any calls any more, out of no reason. I messaged him in Yelp message (just saying hi), and he responded and asked 'how can I help?'. I responded asked him about my project, then no responses at all after that.
I don't know what happened to the owner, but this is not the right way to do business.

Can businesses keep their word and appointments scheduled!! I had a scheduled appt. for fencing, no one showed up. I called and left a voice message informing of No Show and requested a call back or rescheduling. Needless to say, no call back and my project has been delayed. Take business elsewhere.

GC Fencing replaced the fence along one side of my property. Gustavo met with me to examine the fence to be replaced. He clearly explained the technical details for the work proposed and dealt with me in a very professional manner. Toni, the estimator/business manager, patiently worked with me through a couple of quote iterations until my neighbor and I had a scope of work and cost estimate that we were satisfied with. The crew that performed the work did a great job with installing the new fence, avoiding damage to my home, and cleaning up after the job was finished.

Gustavo and his crew did an excellent job. He was either on time or early for every appointment, and the quality of his work was outstanding. There was a bit of a calculation issue (at first) but they accepted complete responsibility for this. We were able to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. A win-win for everyone.

Gustavo is sincere and honest but what really made me choose them at the beginning out of 4 companies I had ask to bid was his long standing personal experience in the trade. He tells you how they have innovated in the fence construction and explains to you what works better and last longer as compared to the old design and construction plus my new gate and even the hardware he used was way better than what I have seen before. Gustavo and the GC team are absolutely great. I have used GC Fencing three times each time with excellent results . Gustavo really knows how to build a fence that lasts . He even fixed a supposedly brand new fence with my Neighbhor when we found out the contractor that built it has not done posts correctly . He engineered metal brackets for the post bottoms . I had three contractors who wanted to change the whole 80 foot fence . I saved thousands . They are very professional and also cost competitive... highly recommend ...

-Fixed a rotten fence
-Installed a retaining wall
The price of their services was competitive and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They suggested and implemented several improvements to my original idea at no additional cost, even though it was additional labor for them.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'd hire them again.
