Excellent customer service and follow up .. especially Tommy.. you are lucky to have him on your staff .. After an incident, during a very trying time in my life… I discovered that several of our perennials had died and it was confusing to think that it could’ve been from our treatment… However Tommy came and I showed him pictures of how the garden… normally looked in the spring and he was able to make arrangements to replace the dead plants and had a wonderful staff with him to do so even on a rainy day… Jake was with him but on a few other occasions and treatments
