We are so pleased about the positive impact Dallas Furniture Bank (DFB) has had on the 15,000 individuals it has served since 2003. One always hears about the vibrancy of Dallas, yet over 20% of OUR CITY's people live below THE POVERTY LINE and 250,000 children sleep on the floor every night. THIS IS WHY DFB must continue to grow and serve more individuals and families in need!
Dallas Furniture Bank (DFB) has provided furniture for over 6,000 families, since 2003. DFB has touched the lives of over 17,000, and will serve many families and individuals this year. Basic household furniture gives a family the sense of pride, hope, stability, as well as giving a safe and well-equipped environment.

DFB offers many opportunities for you to volunteer your time and make a difference in someone's life. If possible I would give a zero rating. They were supposed to deliver a dresser, nightstand and full size bed today October 12, 2021. What I received was what they call a DORM dresser which looked like it belonged in a medical facility exam room or an office. It was heavy and had metal drawers. The nightstand was missing the top drawer, the lower drawer was broken, inside was dirty and it didn't even slightly match the very boxy dorm dresser. the box spring was about 3 inches in height, the mattress was about 10 or 12 inches. I sat on it and sank like I was sitting on a sponge but the right side

BEAUTIFUL SELECTION OF FURNITURE. IT IS USED FURNITURE, BUT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. I FOUND ALMOST EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR MY NEW HOME. THIS PLACE IS A BLESSING TO ME AFTER BEING FURLOUGHED AND HAVING TO MOVE OUT OF MY TOWNHOUSE, DUE TO LANLORD SELLING MY UNIT. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING I FOUND AND PURCHASED. THEY EVEN OFFER DELIVERY FOR A FEE. HOW CONVENIENT FOR US FOLKS WITH NO TRUCK OR HELP TO TRANSPORT THE ITEMS!!

My 1st time going was NOTHING less than Amazing! My Mom and I had a Women day out and decided to drop in and see what Dallas Furniture Bank had to offer. Mrs. Lori welcome us in with her very welcoming spirit and professionalism. She was very patient and kind. Anything we asked about she was very detailed and prompt. She also, made sure we was satisfied with Our entire experience in every way. I will definitely recommend you to visit and ask for Mrs. Lori she will take Great care of you! This place is a hidden gem for those who are transitioning and need some furniture quickly. They are a nonprofit and receives gently used and new furniture. The staff was very nice and helpful with my selections. I will definitely go back again. And I will be providing them a donation so they can continue to do the awesome work they do in the community!!!

Unprofessional from the start. I sent Dallas Furniture Bank a message, asking for simple information on behalf of a friend that's lost all they had in a 2020 fire and recently, lost the few things he could… replace, to a flood due to an apartment's busted pipes during the winter storm. My message was viewed, but no reply. I then left a message stating I see where my message was seen but why no response...well they saw that TOO and still wouldn't reply. Your online customer service matters. Otherwise, disable the feature.

Thanks so.much to the lady whom I meet took me on a walk threw the ware house where I was able to pick furniture which I needed.
