Okay. So I got a 2016 Dodge Dart from this company at the end of 2019 and I wasn’t going to leave a review but this company really did a number on me. And I’m still paying for their mistakes. And I really thought they were working with me the whole time because everyone seemed friendly and like they were really trying to get me a car—which at the time I appreciated because I needed one. But what’s messed up is that when I kept taking my car to the mechanics and dealerships afterwards, they would tell me things that was messed up about the car. If I could give LESS than one star I would. These are professional con artist. Buyer BEWARE. They sold our family a car whose transmission went south in LESS than 300 miles. They knowingly cleared the codes to the car and sold it to us with a messed up transmission. It was "serviced" recently, but they did not inform us of any issues with the transmission at all. It will cost MORE to repair the car than it is worth. They are true snakes. They smiled in our faces, made us feel as if we were in great and competent hands and welcomed on top of that. Horrible horrible scam artists!! Sold us a car that the transmission went out literally 35 days later. I’m sure they cleared all the codes just so the car wouldn’t show any lights. And then when we wanted it to either be repaired or replaced they said they could not help us because warranty expired 5 days ago 😡 who does that?? They claimed they serviced it and inspected it before they sold it to us… so how did they not know about the transmission issue? That does not appear over night. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHARKS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND LAUGH AT YOU WHEN YOU GET STRANDED

ZERO STARS. Went in and left with a car that had open/used needles in the glove box and dry blood stains. when I realized I went back and they said they " forgot " go check the glove box. I was told they would clean it but I got it back and the dry blood was never removed. They were being very difficult and wouldn't give me my money back. and ended up agreeing to switch cars over and a different one. I've had it for a month and a half an the breaks already are making loud sound .. gotta change them out. and THEY TOOK 400$ from my debit card with out authorization.when I called

Had a good experience here. They helped me get financing for my credit situation and they were all very friendly, the car was in good shape and I did purchase the warranty that was available. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They sell lemons & once you drive off the lot the don't care about any issues you have with the vehicle. My check engine light turned on within the first 30 days of having the car. They had me come back to have it "repaired" Which was a complete lie, gave me a shady invoice. I've had nothing but continuous issues with the vehicle. & the owner didn't care they just wanted a sale! Save your self the headache & purchase elsewhere!!!!

In 2017, I was searching on CarGurus for a Buick Lacrosse with low mileage. I was e-mailed pictures and directed to ARG. Carlos (sales person) came out with the keys and let me test drive the car. Within about 2 hours I had a 2013, fully loaded Buick Lacrosse. I drove it to Sacramento, CA in 2018. I had no problems with it and the ride was smooth. Here it is, 2020, and the car still look and rides new. I most diffenately, give ARG a 5 🌟 review.

Unfortunately I wouldn't go back here ...just another small dealership that just wants to make a sale and they don't care about quality of their products.
Made an appointment with someone to see a vehicle...ended up not liking it. It had tares in seat that were not shown online etc so sales man ended up showing us another suv....ended up test driving it, check engine light was on. So we decided just to keep looking elsewhere. Which is when the sales man got upset and told us noone would approve us anywhere else and he went inside and tried sending someone else out. Just not very professional

I drove from LA with 24 hours notice, and when I began asking him questions about the vehicle he responded with uhs, ums, and yeah I think so's. He could have looked at the Carfax THEY provide on their website and been a little more prepared. The car was a mess outside and he pretended to give it a wipe with a dry rag so he could "get it cleaned up for me". An actual wash would

I bought an Infiniti from Rafael and have had nothing but great things to say about this place. My son said he read some good reviews and that we should take a chance and come out all the way to ARG. We live a good 35-40 miles away, so I was hesitant to make that drive just to look. Well it was a Sunday and Rafael showed brought us the key to Infiniti and let us take it for a ride. I had both my sons with me and they smiled from ear to ear with the way the car rode. Just bought a 2017 Honda Civic and I LOVE IT! I swear it feels brand new. Leo was a great person to work with - I felt like he was selling to his friend. Wasn't pushy or rude, I told him exactly what I was looking for, gave him my budget, and it was great. I'm from LA so considering I drove out to the IE to buy a car, it had to be worth it. I have less than perfect credit but he made it work. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reasonable deal.

This place left a bad taste in my mouth. Researched the vehicle prior to coming to test drive and it seemed to be ok. Drove it and it ran well. After returning to the lot to talk about purchase my husband and I were doing an overall inspection of the inside/outside of the car to look for any signs of body work, make sure everything functions. We find what looked like some front bumper work that wasn't on the carfax as well as the stereo system not producing any sound. We adressed these things with the salesman who ignores the concerns and gave excuses. Carfax was also reporting the milleage

STAY AWAY! This place preys upon your weaknesses. I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from them back in December regretfully. The car was dirty inside AND out, there was and still is a huge torn piece of carpet in the back (ALL THAT THEY PROMISED TO FIX) I did not get to drive the car until mid January as I was hospitalized for two weeks. Today is the second time the car won't start and this time it looks to be a severe issue. I will have to have it towed to the Honda dealership in hopes for an affordable repair. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

A little over a month ago, I drove 2 hours from Huntington Beach to pick up a Mazdaspeed3 from them. When I got there I got to test drive it, and although the dude who was with me in the car didn't really know much about it, he let me take a longer route because of how much I couldn't get over the car. Fast forward to getting the papers done: The whole process was very stress free and Leo guided me through everything and answered all of my questions.
