I called 786 Locksmith today in preparation for Hurricane Irma (hopefully it doesn't hit). I just bought a house and it didn't come with keys for the accordion shutters. They quoted me $150 for each window to replace all of the lock cylinders. This is unbelievable price gouging in the face of a terrible storm. I don't recommend doing business with people who don't respect the community they serve.

Exceptional service by the company owner and locksmith. My husband was searching (by phone and physical inquiry) for a number of key making/locksmith locations for a local facility that could provide us with a copy of a "specialty" key. The locksmith had not seen a key like the one my husband needed a copy of. To fulfill our need, the locksmith provided my husband with two separate key copies (each one started with a unique base or key template). Even though the locksmith/owner was not sure if either would work, he still made an exceptional effort by providing my husband with two keys
