It's a beautiful sunny day. The birds are singing, there are just a few fluffy clouds dotting a picturesque blue sky that stretches to the horizon. Jason came out last minute to help us with an issue with our AC unit. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took care of the problem that day. I appreciated his approach and he isn't a "get a new unit" type of salesman, which so many can be. He genuinely seemed to care and want to help. I was very pleased with his work!

I called these guys for service on my AC unit. Came promptly on time with everything prepared including my freon that i needed. They charged the right price for the freon and the visit, ...but that's not where they exceeded my expectations. The side gate at my house was not accessible , lost my lock key, so he didn't refuse the job, instead he went ahead and climbed the wall to get to the unit with his tools, ...not easy let me tell you ! ...but he did it fast and efficient and finished the job! Doesn’t deserve any stars. Tried to convince me that my 6 year old unit needed to be replaced and my new roof tore up as well ( don’t worry he knows a roofer) $9K + or $160/month for 10 years. Not counting roof repair. Part is still under manufacture warranty. He didn’t even bother to check. The part he replaced last year also has to be replaced. Not a repair company. Just want to make big bucks on installation.

In the middle of summer in Vegas isn’t the ideal time for AC problems. (I guess there is never a good time for AC issues) But these guys came out right away to our rescue. We needed a new AC unit and we decided to have both replaced because we’ve had issues with both units for years. Replacement was completed quickly for an extremely fair price. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up their work space. My three boys asked them lots of questions and they were patient and kind. They took their time to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable

Based on the overall handling of my call for my A/C units. Starting from Jan who you can hear Smiling over the phone! Very Pleasant and then there's Rich who has tons of knowledgeable information when it comes to problems on the A/C units. Awesome man to deal with. Pretty straight forward/ No beating around the bush type of guy! Also another honorable mention,

My mini split unit went out 6 months after installing it and the company "Fresh Wind AC" could not service because the owner of the Company "David" did not know how and could not service units he installs. I called Airria and they took really great care of me! I spoke with Rich and Chad and they were both great! They were able to fix my unit and provide suggestion on what I could do with my current situation. Do not ever hire Fresh Wind AC! Go with Airria.

Owner Rich and his crew are the best! Been using them for awhile now for annual maintenance on an older HVAC, minor repairs. We shopped a new unit install a couple of years back and his prices were very competitive. His service however is over the top and he's super trust-worthy.

If you own a York system, this is the company to call. We had our brand new top of the line system installed 2 years ago by a shady contractor who is no longer in business, with the solar company who subcontracted him, so when we had our first fail, we could NOT get a hold of him. The company we had been using for our former units could not figure out the problem either, it was anything from bad program on the thermostat to undercharged system.

Greets same day service. Knowledgeable and good follow-through. Needed a next or wire hooked up for a thermostat. While the serviceman was in the attic he noticed some ductwork that wasn't finished. He put some super tape on it and that has made a difference in cooling our house down. Only downside is that he dropped a metal cover from the attic and it chipped my new tile floor.

When we purchased our house 2 years ago, the AC did not work. The AC unit was shot. During the inspection, we had called the company that was on the thermostat to find out. We paid a hefty price to be told they weren't sure when they could fix it or for how much. They did not seem trustworthy. Lucky for us, we found Airria through word of mouth and we are SO glad!!
