Once you are comfortable that CR is right for you, we take a non-refundable design deposit to draw up preliminary plans with our architect. These plans go back and forth through several revisions until they are right for you. Now that we know you, the land and the house, we can develop a spec sheet and price.
Custom basement finishing can add valuable space to the home at roughly half the price of building new space! We offer basement refinishing solutions to homeowners throughout Oxford, Southbury & Newtown, CT. Custom outbuildings and barns add invaluable functionality for Hobbyists / Mechanics/ or Just plain ole extra storage!
