My heat broke on New Years Day - the 10 degree New Years Day - and Bob, was not only the only plumber to return my call but was at my home within a few hours and solved the problem. When the remote thermostat was still giving an incorrect reading, he went back to my house in the dark (I had to leave town) and checked it again.

We had plumbers come and go and unable to solve the problems we were having. Here comes Bob Steffens and he listened thoughtfully to our complaints and was not just able to solve the problems, but actually increased the quality of our home experiences. OMG yesterday, thanksgiving we were just leaving the house one of our pipes in the bathroom burst, it immediately flooded the bathroom. We turned off the water and today Friday I contacted RMSTEFFENS plumbing. He immediately responded and it was fixed. This is not the first time Robert, the owner has helped us out in an emergency! Thank you!

I have had RM Steffens Plumbing & Heating do work on my house in Sag Harbor. N.Y. on a number of occasions. The work has been first rate and done in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. I was out of town on two occasions when I urgently needed help and it was comforting to know Bob was taking care of the problems.
