Our heater would not start at all, so we called and not even a hour later Brian shows up. He was able to get us up and running and answered questions I had about the furnace. He was friendly and professional I will definitely be calling back in the future anytime we have issues. They really are a amazing company.

I use Air Design at my restaurant and my personal house. They have provided amazing service for use even though my restaurant has several different older units that are a huge pain in the butt. Derek and his employees are from the same town and have come to our aid since the beginning, I am not sure if we would be here with out all of there extra care and focus on the details.

Thought I found an AC company that I can rely on and refer to my friends and family but it appears not. They came out and charged my AC, there was a small leak somewhere, they said, they also said call if the issue persists, the leak turned into a blowout in the "A" coil a few weeks latter. We called up the company and they did not want to do the work, apparently this type of work is not in their skill set, this work is not difficult, any technician with a few years of experience could easily facilitate my request. This required removing coil, putting a new coil in, and charging the system. Simple

Bought a house that had an Air Design system (pretty new) and have loved it. Had an issue recently, wasn't responding to thermostat. Tech chased it down, figured out it the thermostat was bad but also figured out why - some mice had managed to burrow a spot near our heat pump and had chewed the wire and caused it to short. Same day service and repair.
