Had an issue with our front door lock and Joel Rivera came out the same day to get it fixed. Great communication on when he would arrive. He knew what he was doing and had the lock replaced very quickly, even made sure the new lock matched the existing door hardware visually. Gave us some good care tips and didn't try and do any upselling. A perfect technician.

My 2-yr old son locked our bedroom door from the inside. We called other locksmiths but the response time was slow. Also, price was too high.

I called late Friday afternoon and Joey responded within 10 minutes. The service was scheduled for Sunday morning. Jacob was our technician and he was fantastic. We had an issue with the front door lock of our house. It was a little tricky but Jacob figured it out and did a great job.
