A month ago I had Heaven’s Best come and clean my carpets. At first it looked great, but after a week, stains started reappearing. I shampooed those spots today myself and I wish I had the option of posting pictures because the water was very dirty. I am really disappointed. The workers were nice but they were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes which isn’t long enough for a thorough cleaning in my opinion.

These people are remarkable! I had a bad spot on my carpet where an old recliner had dropped metal shavings and oil and they had it removed in no time. You wouldn't even know there had been a spot there! Thank you, Heaven's Best!
