WE just had our garage door repaired by Andrew from American Pro Garage Doors who performed an excellent job. Andrew replaced the torsion springs, steal end bearings and rollers at a reasonable cost. Due to the height of the interior walls in our garage, 12.5 feet (higher than normal), Andrew made a concerted effort to ensure he installed the correct springs, to compensate for the extra height. He also coached me on how lubricate the garage door regularly to increase it's lifespan. We are very pleased with service provided and our door appears to functioning as good as new. Joe Osborne was the job tech/installer at our house and did an outstanding job. It was obvious from beginning to end he knew what he was doing. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall job and Joe's attention to detail. This was the only door this garage has had and an older house. The open and close of the door is super smooth and quiet! I recommend these folks as they were also recommended to me.
3/30/2021 Joe did some follow up adjustments with the motor opening and closing. Operation is still smooth and quiet and closes a little gentler when it contacts with floor.
