We had a quick timeframe for needing the work to be complete, they were flexible with start date, the work was completed quickly and looked great! Can't recommend them enough! I hired Kind to paint the outside of my house. I have an old Washington Park home (in Denver, CO). It's got a lot of those things that make old homes beautiful, but difficult to paint.
Lexi, their color designer, reviewed my plans. We made some tweaks together. This made me feel very comfortable, that my house will look good when it's done. And, it looks awesome!
Austin, the project manager, kept things running. The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day, and finished on time. Austin did the final review with me. He flagged things I didn't even see. Like, a piece of tape

Highly recommend Kind Home Solutions for exterior painting! Trevin was on time and gave a thorough estimate, performing the most comprehensive inspection of our home to ensure an accurate bid. He also provided detailed information on the warranty and paint options. Since we plan to stay in our home long term, a quality job was important to us. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Kind Home Solutions! My mom entered us in a contest with them to get a free paint job and she shared our story about how my husband lost his father a couple months ago and we had always dreamed of painting our house. Kind Home provided a pretty substantial amount of work on the house. This included gutter and downspout replacement, woodwork and painting. Overall, I am happy with most of the final result. A lot of the people there are great and responsive. But two critical pieces of the job fell flat so I am deducting two stars. These are 1. Differences between how the process was sold and the reality of working with Kind Home and 2. Unfinished work left behind and lack of response as soon as the check was cashed.

A splendid job by a competent and caring company. We have the 12 year warranty so that part of their service is yet to be tested.
Interactions with everyone were quick and right on the ball. I ALWAYS talked to a human on every call, no robocalls.
Our painters, Juan and Alex, did an amazing job and took care of a couple extra items we want to have painted without a problem.

Kind Home Solutions just finished our Outside Home update. They not only did our new paint job, but were able to do all of the wood replacement and fixing, and new gutters (& moving some downspouts).
They were responsive to our calls and concerns and provided us with timely updates (House is in Westminster CO, we live in Calif). We certainly recommend them highly and will use them again for our next project.

Kind Home Solutions took their time with us as this was our first time painting the exterior of our home. They patiently waited as we underwent approval from the HOA, went with our backup door color and finally chose a date. The owner and his fiance/wife are lovely to work with (Mike and Whitney)! Calling Whitney to discuss any changes always ended with a cheerful chuckle. Jeremy, our project supervisor was very friendly as well.
