I've gone into Hamilton Ford many times but never had bought anyting it's not that I won't buy anything it's just the prices of a new truck are so expensive it's like buying a house. I don't think a new truck should cost $100,000 not too long ago you could buy a Ford F-150 for less than $30,000 but ever since covid-19 and computer chips being so expensive it's hard to believe that you could buy a new Ford pickup for a few years ago for what it cost for $30,000 and today they want close to $100,000. It's disturbing that vehicles have gone so high in the few years. I don't understand why Ford Chevrolet

I wish I could give Rick and his team of technicians at Hamilton Ford more than five stars! I took my ROUSH edition Raptor for repair and Rick really took care of me. They kept in touch with ROUSH Performance Racing to get my tuning and calibration just right. Hamilton Ford is more expensive but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and in my case I got quality work and peace of mind. Thanks again Rick!

Decided to stop in on my way through because I saw they had a new bronco I wasn’t planning on driving it but I got to. I just wanted to crawl through it and see what all the hoopla was I see on social media. I must say I’m very impressed it’s still not an EB but I give it a thumbs up! Tim Garner was not only polite and courteous he also answered a few of the questions that I had been wondering about what Ford was going to do.

Was out of state, drove 1000 miles to buy a ford transit. The vehicle was supposed to be ready to go when we arrived. What we found was damaged interior panels(which the dealer did not fix), charging system failure on test drive and very poor detailing. I probably wont buy from this dealer again. Tech who fixed charging system fault damaged the fuse box under the hood, and left grease stain on ceiling.

Excellent Service. Needed a tire rotation and alignment done on our Ford Transit. Worked with Rick. We specified our special needs and they were happy to accommodate. They serviced us in around 2 hours. We ate at the McDonald’s nearby in the meantime, but a waiting room with refreshments was also available to us. Rick was up front with wait time and made us a priority as we were passing through town.
