Maine Construction Group was founded in 2010. Since then, it has become one of the area's leading construction contractors. We have been delivering high-quality home renovations, home remodels, new home construction, and light commercial construction for over 10 years. We are also the only authorized independent retailer of Prestige Homes in the greater Bangor area.
Maine Construction Group is contacted via website, email, or phone by the client. Once the inquiry is made, they will set up an initial consultation with the client. This consultation will be set up within a week from when the client contacted Maine Construction Group. As the design is developed, Maine Construction Group will complete a checklist of the parts and pieces included in the home.
Our showroom has samples of products used in both our traditional projects and Prestige Home line. We have windows, trim, shingles, siding, countertop finishes, cabinets, and flooring options for you to look at and choose from. We are knowledgeable about the most up-to-date practices in our industry.
We are looking to expand our team of skilled carpenters. The perfect candidate takes great pride in their work, is a good team player, has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and can work with little supervision. Zero stars. This place and the people can not be trusted. They quoted me 50-55 thousand for a remodel. They kept billing me until the total was 94 thousand. The job is still not done and they never returned any phone calls. I caught them over billing me and they did nothing. The job took forever and the work was average at best. STAY AWAY!! Most of the people rating are the owner himself and relatives.

Our new Prestige home from Maine Construction Group is wonderful to live in. We have been in since last summer and it is well insulated, easy to heat and very comfortable. The heat pumps provide all our heating and cooling and work great. Quality of construction was excellent and we were very pleased with the attitude of their crew. They really cared about the work they did for us.
