A previous company canceled hours before my move (after hours on a Friday night) by text message which was highly unprofessional, not even a call. Pinky's came out and gave me a quote for a fair price on the Monday after cancellation and I was moved by the end of the week.
Three movers… showed up and had me moved within three hours from beginning to end. Ironically this is the same time frame that I was scheduled with the other business who claimed the move could not be done in the time frame THEY originally scheduled. The reasons

They were excellent! We needed to move on the day after Thanksgiving, and when the original moving company we were going to use fell through, I contacted Pinky's. Even though it was short notice and a holiday, they showed up on time on Friday, and it took them less than 2 hours to load everything we needed into the truck. The price was very reasonable (no extra charges for short notice or anything), and was worth every penny!
They were extremely friendly and professional. If we were still in Tallahassee, they would absolutely be our first choice to move again!

Pinky's Moving was awesome from the moment I called to the day I moved from Southwood to the east side! Quick response - I got an estimate, booked a move date, and was moved in without any problems. Great customer service - they kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was fast and efficient. And did I mention friendly? We called Friday. They came by same day to give us our free estimate and then were there the next morning to move everything. They were careful but quick. They moved our heavy furniture and placed it in the exact location that we requested. They went to extra effort to be sure we were satisfied. Next time I need to move I will be calling again and recommending Pinky’s to all of my friends and family.

Pinkys helped me pack my house in Tallahassee then moved everything to Tampa. Everything was packed professionally and well taken care of throughout the move. Weather caused a delay in their arrival, but they worked late once they made it to Tampa to quickly get everything unloaded. If you're looking for an affordable mover that will take good care of your stuff from start to finish Pinkys is the way to go.

When they were moving my stuff, I guess I did learn my lesson the hard way. They must've been the absolute worst moving company to call. They reneged on our verbal agreement about accepting payment from an agency that was trying to help me, but not until after the move. They did come out on very short notice, so I'll give them that. Soon after they'd started, the boss got a call. He said they were needed somewhere else, but that they wouldn't mix any of my belongings that were already on the truck and they'd be back quickly. We called Pinky's to have someone come out and estimate a quote for us in regards to our move to a new home. The first time we called and left a message we did not receive a call back. We tried again and this time we did receive a call back. We scheduled for Friday 12/28 at 10:00 am for someone to come out and provide an estimate. They never showed up nor did anyone call to let us know they would not be showing up. I understand with the holidays things can sometimes fall by the wayside but this is rather unreasonable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. the owner Trent verbally harassed me and my boyfriend during our moving expirence. He treats his employees like slaves. He busted over 10 water pipes when he came and bombarded his employees when they trying to just do their job. My whole apartment complex did not have water for 5 hours because of him. Do not waste your money on this company.

Their team was very efficient and prompt. They came in checked all the rooms that were going out, the driver gave they three guys their tasks and assembled a load point. The move was estimated at 4 hours, they got it done in 3. I shopped around to local services from similar providers, and their prices we within $'s of each other, their team had availability on the day I needed moving, so we went with them.
Reading previous reviews we were a bit skeptical, but all of the reviews were from several years ago, it seems as if they have learned from the past and are running a much better service
