Emily's Elves opened their business in 2011, seeing a need for a full service cleaning and maintenance company in the tri-county area. Our office is located in Hayesville, NC on Hwy 69. Emily's Elves is bonded and insured for peace of mind and we pride ourselves in finding only the best, team-oriented individuals.
All our standard cleanings include dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances & cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping of all floors. Extremely poor services and charges were excessive.
Did not perform the services they were hired to do and would not offer to correct any issues when asked. They simply charged our credit card and ignored our request.
Completely dissatisfied with services and lack of responsiveness!! Unbelievable!! $550 for a basic light house cleaning.

I’m convinced these other reviews were written by friends and family of the owner, because none are true. After weeks of cancellations, they finally showed up to perform a deep clean at our property. After almost two hours of work exactly, they left and my wife arrived to what she thought was going to be a clean home. It was almost exactly as she left it. The bathrooms were almost untouched, kitchen counters and appliances were not clean, floors were unswept and not mopped, and NO dusting was done. We have been using Emily's Elves for 2 + years now for our cabin in Hiawassee. This has allowed us to open up renting for weekday rentals and not just weekends...Communication is prompt and have been great on last minute changes when needed, especially when our guests either checking in our out inform us of last minute changes. We have detailed instructions for their crew and are well followed to keep our ratings high with our guests. We appreciate having them available to keep our cabin clean and any other needs we might have.

Emily’s Elves cleaned my Airbnb property nearly every week for well over a year. They were so great with scheduling, their automated reminders were very helpful, the cleaners always did a great job and the prices were very fair. I trusted them with my home and they never let me down. Even living in Atlanta, I was able to manage my Airbnb property 2 hours away because of my partnership with Emily’s Elves. Don’t use anyone else in the Hiawassee area! They are the best!

We have several clients and have been in business many years. If everyone who WAS satisfied wrote a review we would have a way better rating. We offer total home services including cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, painting and staining, handyman services and lawn care. We are a one stop shop for many people in the area.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Judy or whatever, was rude and acted annoyed when I asked what all was included in a deep clean. She hung up the phone promptly after rushing through a short list, said somone would be there at a certain time and day that I said would not work around my schedule. I had to leave work early because she sent someone to my home and called me at work yelling that I was not at my home at a pre-agreed time. I came home and the woman had all her cleaning supplies piled in front of my door, but she was not there, she pulled in my drive
