Our approach applies the concepts of architectural design and science to the process of designing organizations holistically, systemically and deliberately.

Our focus is on identifying the vital few elements which throttle your rate of improvement today and redesign them so that your organizations real potential and purpose can be realized. We combine the disciplines of architecture, engineering, physics and human behavioral psychology to create sound and sustainable organizations that attract and retain the right customers, the right talent, and provide superior returns to shareholders.

Jim Easter founder Organizational Architects began his "first life" as a graduate of the School of Architecture at Texas A&M University. After spending several years in the field, Jim completed his MBA from Baylor University. Assessment of your current "actual" design-the one that is producing all of your current performance and results. This is the "as-is" design in place. We compare the current design to your strategy and do a gap analysis of the major gaps between what you need your performance to be vs. what you are actually getting.
Organizations are living systems. Like a building, it is composed of sub-systems which must be designed as part of an overall whole. We learned about architectural design in the School of Architecture--and then applied the learning, the perspective, and the process to the design of organizations. Every organization is perfectly designed-to get the results its currently getting.
Franchising is all about consistent growth from improved sales! Buying a franchise of a proven brand can save you years and dollars vs. doing it on your own. If you own a great business and want to grow, franchising offers you a way to overcome the system constraint to improved profits from sales. We are all about growth.
