Just had a shutoff valve replaced for my refrigerator line. I had a hard time getting someone to call me back from other businesses. The ones that did call me back wanted prepayment and overpriced. Ostroski Plumbing personnel were very responsive and professional. Thank you very much and highly recommend!

Our home heating unit (forced hot water boiler) let go on Christmas day. I found that we had some inconstant heating throughout the house and I decided to go check the basement and realized we had water on the floor below the boiler itself. I contacted Greg the following day and he arrived that same day of my call to assess the existing unit. It goes without saying that Greg is super responsive. Greg and I discussed options moving forward and based on the age of the original boiler the decision was easy with Greg's guidance to move forward with a brand new boiler.

Had used Ostroski Pluming/Heating on several occasions in the past for some routine maintenance tasks for both my boiler and water heater and was quite happy with their professionalism and communication.
Had an incident this past weekend with my water heater, and had called them on Saturday afternoon to try to get a sense of pricing and timeline. Didn't expect to get a response over the weekend, since advertised hours showed them out of the office Saturday/Sunday. Didn't get a response on Monday, so used their web form to reach out once again that afternoon. Today is Wednesday, and still haven

Also, my 1 and a half year old was napping the whole time they were here and they were so swift going up and down the stairs and in and out of rooms, they didn't even wake him once while they were working! I've worked with Greg and Stephen the past couple of years on both kitchen and master bath remodels along with replacing our hot water tank.
