We don't stock or install cheap parts because we stand behind our work. When we use our parts and are allowed to fix it right (like it should be fixed, as opposed to a stop-gap, temporary repair), and if it doesn't stay fixed, we'll be back to make it right. It works like this: after troubleshooting the plumbing or heating problem, we'll present you with our recommended repair and/or replacement options.

If you need a plumber, you can’t go wrong with this team.
My wife and I bought a house some years ago, and apparently it has some pretty janky plumbing: we’ve had M&R to our home at least once a year since we moved in.
They’ve helped me with frozen lines, broken toilets, mysterious leaks, fixture replacements—you name it.
The techs are always polite, always professional, and they always get the job done whether it’s big and complex or one of those little jobs I probably could have done myself. Personally I can’t see myself bothering with any other plumbers as long as M&R is around

James was super thorough and did a great job at our house. A different company improperly installed a toilet at our house, and could not get it fixed despite a couple efforts. James took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue, even consulting with some colleagues for advice. Will one hundred percent use M & R and James again.

Chandler and the M&R team did an amazing job. They were at the house and had the leak located in just a couple of hours and had it repaired and back up and running by the end of the day. They made recommendations to prevent future issues and provided a detailed estimate for the proposed work. The entire team was very considerate of our home and wore shoe coverings every time they entered. The cost of the services provided also seemed reasonable. I was happy that I chose M&R and will call them again when the need arises.
