Sign a subcontract with this firm at your own risk. We executed perfectly on two of their projects and it took five months to get paid As well as several hundred dollars in administrative costs to try to collect.
Their field personnel are pretty honorable people but their back office employees couldn’t care less about their subcontractors.

Very disappointed with the integrity of Fulcrum. Initially the level of communication was exceptional. However, once the project was completed It has been extremely difficult to receive payment for services rendered. As a Minority owned and small business plumbing Company it is unfortunate that we have not received payment for completing a Gas Job for such a highly reputable client (CHIK FIL-A Joplin MO) Fulcrum states that Chik Fil A has not paid them for a project we completed In October. Having knowledge of other companies that have worked for Chik Fil A, no one has ever had a delay in receiving

This company is very difficult to work with, would advise to take precaution hiring this company... As they don't pay their contractors contracts in full.. They also never return emails or calls when work is complete, which is very shady. They seem to only respond when you write negative reviews.. hmm
