S&N Flooring is a family owned business that dates back 47 years to 1972 when Reggie Susini (owner) started his business due to a lack of affordable flooring in the area. He has since then continued to serve his community and surround areas with outstanding customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. I received a visit from S&N sales person and probably one of the owners. He got all measurements of the space. I was waiting to hear back for the quote and followed up with phone call to the office and to the cell phone listed on the business card. All my calls and messages were ignored: no response, no quote, no acknowledgement of what happened and why they decided to just shut down. I was left guessing and I think that this was rude. I would not recommend this business.

I had a carpeting job I needed done ASAP. There happen to be a delay with my carpet order, however since I already agreed I wanted to continue through with Mark and his team.
They were accommodating to my change in schedule. I appreciate they came on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up when they were done.

Went back again for a wood grain flooring for my child's room.
It was hassle free. Went in and received help on what i was looking for,got samples, got estimate and boom...new vinyl wood look alike flooring.(everyone thinks it's real wood ).
This place is a local mom n pop shop, no up sale hagglers, honest and professional.

Mark was very helpful in helping us decide o. A budget friendly carpet that would still meet our rather picky tastes. He was patient with my husband and me when we called to change the color several times. He made it obvious that our needs were his priority over any extra profit he could make off selling us a higher end carpet that would tax our budget.
The installers were awesome too! They even accomodated our rather odd request that they lay the used carpet over our backyard lawn and cut it to size there, instead of hauling it away. This helped us save money on buying weed control tarps for

I wouldn't recommend S&N Floor Coverings to anyone who wants to work with a reliable, professional, and reputable carpet company. The first installers forgot to nail down large sections of the carpet in more than one room. When the 2nd team of installers came to fix that problem, they nailed down the carpet but left a hammer under the carpet in a child's room. Multiple calls to S&N went unanswered until my clients finally reached the receptionist by chance. An appointment for repair was made, my client took off work but nobody from the carpet company showed up. The receptionist
