We have built custom homes in Downers Grove (and surrounding areas) for over 50 years. The two subdivisions below, Brookbank Prairie and McInerney Woods, are our most recent build to suit custom developments. McInerney Woods is our newest subdivision with 8 custom home Sites and is located at the intersection of Margo Court and 61st Street in Downers Grove.
